My wife and I travel to Knoxville a few times a year to attned concerts at the Tennessee Theater - and typically have dinner at the Vida restaurant pre-show. This trip we decided to stay downtown for dinner and the show. The hotel is great. Well maintained, clean and the rooms are sizable and comfortable, Location is fantastic for the Tenn. Theater.......maybe a 5 minute walk. Exceptionally convenient. The hotel has it's own parking lot for guests - and fee is $25 a night. Again, cheaper than someof the other downtown hotels - plus it is truly convenient. And it's self-parking, so you're waiting for some car jockey; and not tipping each time you need to put your car in or out. We enjoyed out stay there and will be back again.

Staff was friendly, and the room was very comfortable. The bathroom wasn't necessarily dirty, but it could have been cleaner. I enjoyed the amenities, but didn't forget a wire if you need Internet and aren't a Bonvoy member

I’m really sensitive to detergents and mold so the beds weren’t my favorite. I appreciated the cleaning supplies included in the room. It was overall pretty nice but I had to sleep on top of the covers because the bed was damp and musty. Most people would probably not notice and overall was an okay stay.

My room was huge and loved the extra make up counter. The bed was very comfortable. Very convenient to downtown! Front desk is always so welcoming. Big lobby and the cafe and bar were nice, they just take a little bit of time, so if you are in a hurry this maybe isn't the best option. Overall the location and size of rooms are worth it.

Room was very spacious and comfortable to work from, parking easily accessibly, and staff was friendly and accommodating when needed. Their Starbucks coffee bar was very good as well, with quick service.

Our stay at this facility was outstanding! The employees were the best in a day it's hard to find good help. These people, every one of them, focused on us from a simple Hi to helping with any questions or needs we had. Our room was updated and very clean. I can't say anything bad. Thank you for everything!
