Relaxing Perfect Location for Business or Pleasure

Service and Hospitality were top notch! The room was spacious and fully equipped. Everyone was courteous, helpful, and accommodating. Highly recommended, located in a great area, close to restaurants, theaters, and shopping. Had to pay to park in their garage, however it was convenient, secure and we walked to everything. Breakfast was great and there was a Starbucks and Lounge (bar) on main floor. Also had a 2nd floor rooftop outdoor space that was very nice.

We enjoyed the central location of the hotel. We were able to walk to all our destinations in Downtown and the surrounding areas. It would be nice if a designated dog relief area was available at the hotel. There were a few patchy areas of grass near the road. A little park is only a few blocks away. The water was hot and the pressure was good. Free breakfast options were decent and I loved that cold brew was available as well.

Super front desk, weak cleaning staff

Great check-in staff but below par cleaning staff. Housekeeper on my floor spent her entire shift talking on the phone, and the quality of her work was mediocre at best. There were spots on the walls that I washed off easily. Mold in the shower under a shelf. A catsup stain on the rug. Furnishing and space are terrific. Breakfast just ok.

Perfect location for downtown Knoxville shopping and dining. The showers have an issue with getting the floor very wet. Like flooded wet. I actually fell twice trying to maneuver the floor. I mentioned to the staff and they were very apologetic. No one’s fault… except maybe the building engineers 🤔. Anyway, suggested adding extra bathroom towel mats. I will for sure be staying again. That was just a small issue.
