We ened up having to stay in a room that had TERRIBLE AND OVERWHELMING cigarette smoke smell because the room we were supposed to stay in had bad batteries on keylock so had to switch rooms. We had a late check in as we were at a concert and had told the mgr that earlier that morning so by that time we just wanted a room to sleep

The chair to the desk in our room was broken. Hurt my husband's back when he sat in it and found out. Luggage cart is broken. Key cards for rooms didn't work half The time cable box kept resetting itself. So we couldn't watch anything. Hardly wasnt any breakfast, just cereal and milk and toast. Employee at front desk did not know how to do his job. Only one employee was on duty and I would like my money back. Very unsatisfied with my stay

Locked cards in room accidentally and went to front desk to get a new one and no one there. Had a phone and said to push 0 and stay till answered and no answer. Waited in car and called every 10 minutes and nothing. After 1:45 minutes guy shows up

Very clean bed was adequate.not much for breakfast. Vending machines wouldn't work either.

First I came into the building to check in and the person at the desk could not communicate with me and I had to call on a phone to talk to someone that was not much better just to get checked in, he was not even onsite. We then went into the room and right away I see a completely exposed light socket on the wall between the bed and stand. I have a six year old with me so that was unsettling. Then my wife asked me to look at the bathroom because there was a hole showing in the shower because the cover was not on the shower spout correctly. This had to be the worst stay I have ever had at any facility that I can remember. Never again will I stay at a super 8 anywhere.

It’s a super 8 in Knoxville do the expectations weren’t too high. The room was ok but dirty. I think housekeeping only changes out towels and bed sheets. The whole place could use a through cleaning.

We stayed for two nights in a single room with a king bed. The room was decent sized. I noticed right away how dirty the bathroom was; hair all over the shower, mirror and floor, the caulking around the stool was coming off and sticking out, the area between the mirror and sink was really nasty with toothpaste splatter and gunk. The floor was tile but there was soap scum on the floor (I used my fingernail and got some of it off; Yuck! After flushing the toilet, the stool ran and didn't shut off. When the person next door used water, it made our toilet run more. This is supposed to be a pet free hotel and the lady next to us had a little dog and a German Shepherd; they were not service dogs! The German Shepherd kept barking. The breakfast was really sad. You could make waffles, have cold cereal or a honeybun. They had community shared milk, bread, butter and peanut butter. The trash was overflowing in the breakfast area and this was at 7AM. Breakfast started at 6AM. I complained to the manager on staff, Corey, about how dirty our room was and he said he could check us now (we still had one night to stay) and be done with it since we weren't happy. He was extremely rude. Also, our room wasn't cleaned after the first night. We were shorted towels, bed wasn't made, floors swept, no new cups, etc. Don't waste your money on this place it's disgusting! The manager is rude and not willing to make anything right to accomodate the dirty room.

Not sure why such comments and review. It seems you were unhappy about something else and took that out on property, we did discuss and offered you to not charge the night and checkout since there were too many things wrong as per your feedback, but you wanted to continue to stay, one of your party member did talked to us and said all was fine. Please check the service dog policy.

When checking in the desk person noticed that Travelocity had canceled our reservation. I booked this and paid for it in January. They had to scramble and find us a room, they only had one left. The desk person was very nice and I was thankful that they had a room for us. They said Travelocity had done this to another guest the day before. I will think twice about using Travelocity again.

This place does minimal maintenance to the rooms and property. The room was dirty, no water pressure. The shower screamed when you turned it on. Screen was half there. Save your money and find a better place to stay. .will not be back

Not sure why you wrote such review, there was nothing wrong with shower we showed you instruction on shower panel as “pull” to operate which you didn’t pay attention. It worked just fine in your presence.

The only negative remark I have is that all the wall outlets were full. The only outlet available was on the desk across the room. It would have been nice to plug my phone in by the bed since it’s also my alarm clock.

Needed handicapped accessible room, but only one available only had one bed. I was travelling with my son, and neither one of us is comfortable sharing a bed. Also, the door and pathways were too tight to get in with the wheelchair. Only real issue we had.

Just wanted my coffee mug back
All went pretty well except for the checkout the next morning. I inadvertently left my coffee mug locked in my room. I did not realize this until after I dropped my key in the lock box. There were no attendants at the front desk. I left three messages on the nearby phone, one at 6:50 AM, one at 7:15 AM, and another at 9:40 AM. These did not get returned to me until after 5:00 PM and when I was over 175 miles away. Frustrating that there was no one one site to speak with and no one returning my call until after business hours. The manager did not even offer to send the cup to me but requested that if I wanted it I could have someone come by and pick it up. Don't believe I'll be staying in this hotel again. Not happy.

Great place for a night after the races. Staff was very friendly; room was clean and comfortable (with a couple little quirks :), parking was ample. No complaints at all. Looking forward to my next visit.

The staff is nice but the hotel needs some work. The toilet didn't flush down each time causing a need for multiple flashes.

Hotel was nothing like photos. Older not so clean. Had to take QUICK showers because tub drain was slow. Shower at night and water would be ankle deep still the next night. Reported.
