We paid for our stay on line and on arrival at the hotel it was closed, all padlocked up.
We had to find alternative arrangements that was not ideal at 12.30am in the morning. Not happy at all!
I booked this hotel so that I could journey part of the way to Liverpool for an important meeting the following day and on my arrival the hotel front doors were chained up and was shut. How could you allow me to book this knowing that the hotel wasn't open!!!!!!
Late at night I had to find other accommodation. Was not happy and I'm trying to get my refund.

Expedia booked me into a closed hotel, without informing me. I am horrified by their lack of care.
Easy checking in, very clean and quiet which is great for me.

Really Hard Mattress
The mattress was so hard it felt like we were sleeping on the floor. It took me 2hrs to get to sleep and then my partner woke up at 4am with back and hip pain. I too woke in pain. We're only in our early 40's. The last Ibis we stayed in the mattress was fine. I was really disappointed and feel the owner should be made to sleep there. Room 23 Knutsford.
Just needed a cheap night stop over before along drive home, hotel was very clean and rooms good for money.would recommend have stayed and paid more in Manchester area before and had a lot worse.all in all great for money
Un Ibis Budget avec une chambre plus grande que la moyenne de la chaîne et une belle salle de bain. La chambre était confortable et nous y avons fait une super nuit. Un peu d'humidité au sol. Accueil très sympathique et parking gratuit.
Real loved the helpful staff and the hotel, the mopped floor in the room and bathroom was not great and quite dirty (maybe a dirty water mop was used) but other than this is was great.
Thanks for the welcome!

Knutsford stopover.
Great location close to M6 and very convenient for our travel plans. Spacious room with excellent shower and comfortable bed. Nearby town of Knutsford is delightful with a variety of restaurants.

Handy off the M6. Cheap and Cheerful.
It's cheap, clean and basic, so it does its job. No restaurant attached so everything needs to be driven to. Will stay again.
The hotel is five, clean and comfortable for what you pay but it’s literally in the middle of no where with no food/drinks options and feels very remote.
It was very hard to find, even with a GPS. Very convenient for accessing Manchester Airport. Everything was great, just what was needed. Very comfortable. Thank you
Kim
We were passing through and it was very convenient for the motorway and for Tatton Park. Staff were very friendly and our room was clean and spacious and Wifi was free for the duration of our stay, and parking was free. Couldn't ask for more.
Convenient for the motorway (and within striking distance of the event we were going to). The hotel has been marooned by a bypass, but the staff can guide you to restaurants etc. Best to bring breakfast bars.
The hotel was a bit basic but it's good value for money. It was clean and the room was a good size. Only 20 min drive to Manchester Airport. I'd stay there again if needed
Terrible stay at this hotel walked into the room to find it freezing cold and the bed not made up, when I went to ask about the bed the receptionist simply gave me the bedding and I had to make it myself, the bed was ridiculously uncomfortable and sagging in the middle and after having to be up really early to drop a friend off at a training day I went back to have a sleep before a long drive, only to have the cleaner walk into the room and wake me up 30 minutes later even though it was 2 and a half hours before check out time, after complaining to Accor who own this hotel I have had no response in 2 weeks, find somewhere nicer for the same price
Strange location - area is run down but the Ibis Budget was wonderful - staff were great- hotel was clean and very comfortable - could have done with breakfast! Very pet friendly 🐕

Hotel lost!!
It took me 2 hours in the dark to find with the help of several confused locals. The road layout has changed and the management of this IBIS hasn't taken this on board.
Get it sorted or close it, don't put another potential customer through what I went through at the end of a tiring day. I used the Ibis, just off the M6 just as a place to lay my head and was not expecting such trauma. My SATNAV told me I had arrived and all I could see were roads and empty fields.
GET IT SORTED !!
A good place to stay for an overnight. Now on a dead end road. Nearest food is over the motorway . Interesting crossing the slip roads and the paths are getting overgrown so narrow.
