"Great beach. Hotel is quite small but overall exceed our expectations. It’s pricey but worth it. The room is very comfy and big. We arrived at 1.30pm for check in but the room wasnt ready and will be delayed past the check in time so the staff let us wait by the restaurant and enjoy the complimentary food or drink. Great service. "

"The rooms are very clean and spacious. Location is remote, not close to the ocean or shopping. They do have a shuttle every 1-3 hours, but we decided to just get a Grab ride every time we went in or out for convenience. The breakfast is ok. Staff is nice and very attentive. "

"Vi var mor og datter afsted 5 dage på Twin Lotus. Allerede ved ankomst blev vi taget godt imod med golfvogn klar til at fragte os og bagage. Nem og hurtig check in, vi kunne have bagagen stående indtil værelset var klar, da vi ankom tidligt. Meget flotte og store værelser, vi boede i en Garden Villa med to Twin beds på 1.sal med stor altan. Stort badeværelse, flot holdt og rengjort, med alle de nødvendige småting, tandbørste, skraber, sæbe, vatpinde osv. Minibar hvor der var gratis vand, man fik...

"Die Ocean Sunset Pool Villa mit der Nummer 700 ist nicht zu empfehlen. Nachdem diese beanstandet wurde, bekam ich anstandslos einen Bungalow am Beach. Dieser war perfekt. "

Aircondition var dessverre vanskelig å bruke, og skrudde seg av når vi låste huset. Frokosten hadde stort utvalg av varmretter (lunchlignende), men nesten ingenting å lage sandwich av. Godt drikkeutvalg og positivt med egen kokk som lager omelett, eggerøre og pannekaker. Minus for fake bacon. Vi benyttet oss av hotellets transfer service til...

"There appears to be a strong smell coming from probably the drains. Some rooms smell more than others. The bed was very hard. Staff were excellent and nearly always friendly. Cleaning could have been done daily, as opposed to upon request. Upper level pool was awesome, but the sun chairs urgently need to be replaced. Oh and 10/10 breakfast curries."

It seems that there are ereas in the resort that are not maintained like we expect from such a resort. For example the pool is very nice but the vibes are..mmm Well doesn't exist, not music, no food menu, OK drinks.. And no one there.. "Tucked away nicely up the hill, felt very private, quiet and a perfect place to watch the sunset from the private pool on the villa. Even though it’s away from the beach, there are plenty of hotel provided free shuttles, and also just as easy to book a cab with Grab (around 85 baht each way!) One of the most picturesque places I’ve been, with fantastic views across the whole of the wider Ao Nang area. Would very definitely stay here again!"

"Somebody was at the ferry port to assist us to the lobby. Check in was quick, Villa was beautiful. But Mosquitoes were everywhere. We found other bugs in our bedroom. Such an unpleasant way to sleep/get ready. Location was perfect for us but our neighbors were bothered by the music nearby keeping them up until 1am. Close to the beach. "
