Probably the best onsen spot in Arima! The staff and service was remarkable. They serve you handmade matcha and Kinoko odango when you arrive. The experience and atmosphere felt as if I came to Japan's country side.

Japanese hospitality at its best.

Welcome macha tea at the lobby with a view of wonderful garden is just a start. They have 'gold' and 'silver' hot spa to enjoy. Public baths are good size and clean with outdoor area. Both dinner and breakfast are tasty with beautiful presentation and we enjoyed eating in our room. All staff members are well trained and courteous to show hospitality. We ended up checking out at noon, and stroll around Arima. Next time, we will hike to Rokko area from here. Thanks for a great stay.

Everything was impressive, hotel has a traditional feel but then it has upkeep its condition and facilities with modern facilities and look. Room amenities provided are of high quality. Many bice decorations throughout hotel and hallways that give a very zen feeling.

快適に過ごせました

今回、初めて宿泊させていただきましたが、年齢制限もあり大人向け滞在型旅館として満足できるものでした。チェックアウトまで利用できる金泉の大浴場（水素水サーバーも設置）、ラウンジでのフリードリンク、客室内には横たわれるタイプのソファなどアメニティの充実と接遇（接客）、枕の種類も数種類から選択できたり、朝食の料理の選択など、すべてお客側視点を感じ良かったです。街中どこへ行くにも利便性は申し分ありません。欲を言えば、ラウンジに常備している焼き菓子、夕食の量が少し物足りなかったと感じました。また訪れたい旅館です。
