"Had a very good experience and want to shout out the staff for their exceptional service and care. We had a medical emergency and they coordinated everything and acted promptly to make an already stressful situation seamless. They followed up and the first thing they asked was how we were and if we needed anything when we returned from the hospital. I was very impressed with how they helped us in our time of need.
As per the hotel facilities, it is located just outside Kyoto station which is convenient. It is also right beside 2 large shopping malls so extra convenient.
Our room was a tiny bit small but we did manage.
If there is one thing I would suggest is the carpet in the south building be replaced or cleaned as it had a slight odour.
Overall a very good experience, would recommend."
