Hidden gem an hour from the city

The hotel is in a nice secluded spot overlooking beautiful water views. The food is great and the customer service is also commendable. Reaching the hotel however is a bit difficult with the roads leading upto the hotel being very narrow and poorly built.

Great Get Away

This was a cool experience being in this isolated area like a tropical resort. The evening boat ride was really nice since we were able to see how the locals lived and got to go to the beach. The grounds were well maintained and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Having access to the paddle boats make it nice for the kids. The food was good and the staff was very friendly. Only stayed one night so I don't know if the kids would get bored after a couple of days but if you're looking for peace and quiet and just relaxing, this is a great place.

A good place to relax and enjoy the nature

Kondai Lip is good place to relax and enjoy the nature. Boating is a very good add-on. Rooms are also good, but cleanliness was not upto the mark. Food is ordinary, but not bad. But, I like the service provided by the staff. They were always there when in need. The resort has a good scope for much more improvement, which could make it an even better place. Overall, I would be glad to make another visit here.

Excellant location and great value for money

We booked the resort for one night,but have really enjoyed the amenities and activities provided in the resort.They also have a good bunch of staffs who really served us on a timely manner.Last but the least amazing food and great location.

nice resort with good facilities ..

Need to find a way to tackle the millions of insect which get into the room ..... cudnt sleep because of that .. food was good .. but needed an enclosed restaurant to keep away the insects .. 4 instances insects fell into our food ... overall a good resort .. but insects .. cudnt manage .. pool was necessary .

HOTELS.COM MUST THINK

1 . At time of some Emergency , This island dont provide service of boat upto reception area . It take one hour to us to get boat at Morning 6 am . (2) This area is not close to city , so at night if you want to visit streets , first you have to book taxi everytime as you cannot walk enough to reach .(3)Air conditioner never works , Every day we called engineer for that at that to two times in a day . Water served at Food area is hot . Hotels.com members must visit this place and investigate what have been written so far . Overall Dont Stay for more than One Day .
