"I had stayed at other Arche hotels in Poland and I always had a refrigerator and air conditioning. So I booked two rooms at the Poloneza for three nights during the hottest weekend in Poland. No air conditioner in either room and no refrigerator. Luckily the hotel had a free room for me that had an air conditioner but still, no refrigerator. my son had to endure the heat with just a fan and no refrigerator. The staff is great but whoever owns this hotel is an idiot."

"Pro's: - Tram stop and bus stop in front of the building, just 15 minutes by tram to the city center. - Nearby train station, just 2 minutes from there to Zachodnia station and the rest of the world. - If breakfast is included, it's well worth it. - The restaurant on the 1st floor (which is also their name) serves good food, is rather pricey. Cons: - Because the balkonies are all covered by the same glass wall, it get's VERY noisy outdoors. Conversations from 3 floors down, music from another...

"Really good hotel to stay with family! This was our 4th visit. We loved the large rooms and the fantastic scent of the hotel shower gel. The pool and sun lounge area are excellent and our favorite. We spent most of our time at the pool. only concern was the noise from football fans waiting for a team outside the parking entrance (but this was temporary issue) our 2nd floor windows were in front of that. Despite that, we love this hotel and will be back! Great staff."

"As an american traveler I was very impressed. For the same price I wouldn't get anything close to what I got here back in the US. Very clean and well maintained. Very helpful staff who all thankfully spoke English. Very comfortable and the breakfast was very good every morning. Nice location and would definitely stay again."
