We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The first morning we woke up and peeled back our curtain, Mount Fuji was in full view. It was spectacular. Exceeded all expectations. Firstly time at ryokan and by far it's my favorite part of my Japan trip. The staff were all extremely friendly and professional. Rooms were clean and had all the amenities I needed. The baths were amazing. Highly recommend.
