All of the staff were polite and helpful .Nothing was to much trouble .The rooms where clean and extremely spacious.Could do with a little money spending on the general maintenance of the building ,although a loose tile or old style shower didn't spoil our experience .

Beautiful room but needs repairs

The room was stunningly beautiful. And the staff was so kind. However, there was a leak from the toilet tank that would only stop if I turned off the water line to the toilet every time I refilled the tank. After refilling, I would turn off the water and dry the floor. The other problem was the smell of mold coming from the closet. Again, the room was absolutely beautiful. Also, breakfast was very good and included eggs to order, meats, thai specialties, fruit, toast, etc. and served at their lovely pool. I was able to overlook the leaking toilet because the room and service were so lovely. But because of the mold, I will not go back.

The location it’s quite and only 15 min walk to central festival samui, the staff were very helpful and happy all the time and the room was very comfortable though could change the bathroom sanitaries as they are dated. Overall was a wonderful stay!

Sijainti hyvä. Henkilökunta erittäin ystävällistä ja auttavaisia. Aamupala hieman vaatimaton. 3 kertaa ollaan oltu tässä hotellissa ja ei ole ollut ongelmia.

Stay if you like insects, cockroach and lozard.

This hotel will be good if it looks like what you saw in pics, bed is ok, big and clean but the room and bathroom are old and dirty (They said it was cleaned) I stayed with insects, cockroach and lizard. AC is working but you need to wait more than 1 hour to feel cool. Pool was ok but had some plastic trashes under water. They have shuttle bus service from hotel to Central but need to tell them before otherwise they will wash that shuttle bus in check out time and you can't take it.

Hotel with very nice view

The hotel was perfect in almost everything, the staff are so amazing and helpful, very nice view and valubale for money, i strongly recommend this hotel. Only one thing i didn't like, our room was on the third floor and there is no elevator.

Good value hotel

Room was ok. Air con rarely got below 27 degrees but that was enough for us. Would advise people to go in early to turn air con on for coming back and very hot in koh samui. Hotel was pretty good and service was fine. Breakfast was poor in my opinion and not worth it. Better to go in chaweng. It's about 10 mins walk to festival city shopping centre and plenty places there offer breakfast. About 15 - 20 mins walking to chaweng beach. Was worth the money and good value. Pool area was also quiet and nice.

Great place!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! First the wifi was great - which has not been the case in most of our other places where we have stayed in Thailand. Also the staff were extremely nice! The room size was good with good a/c. The food in the restaurant was also really good. The hotel is on a small hill which was not an issue - it was good because it was not so hot in there.

I Liked It.

A stylish hotel. I was impressed with the size of my room. It was very spacious. The staff are very friendly and helpful when you have a request. I recommend prepaying for breakfast when you book your room. It is quite delicious (but is only served from 8 am, so don't prepay it if you need food earlier). The only downside I could see is that it seems to be a 15 minute walk to the beach. I only stayed 1 night and walked to the main shopping street near the beach. There may be a short cut. Try to email the hotel and find out before booking.

Situation Idéale, parfait rapport qualité/Prix

Parfait hotel, bien situé, non loin de chaweng Beach (10 min) et un peu éloignée des rues tumultueuses du centre ville. Location de scooter sur place, personnel agréable et à disposition. Piscine agréable. Chambre spacieuse avec des baies vitrées offrant une merveilleuse vu sur la lac et la piscine (attention toutefois j''étais au 3ème étage) Pas d’ascenseur. Je suis très satisfait de l'hotel et de son emplacement. Il manque bien entendu des choses pour améliorer (ouverture plus tardive du restaurant, rénovation des chambre...) mais rienn n'est parfait. un souci qui m'a le plus gêné c'est le bruit de la clim ou je ne sais quoi au plafond qui était fort, c'est pour cela que j'ai noté la chambre 3/5 sinon c'est très confortable. A votre arrivée demander à la réception de vous résoudre ce problème de bruit (je ne l'ai pas fait).

אחד המקומות הגרועים שהייתי בהם בתאילנד.... ריח מסריח, רוב הזמן אין מים חמים, 3 קומות בלי מעלית ואף אחד לא מציע עזרה,מקלחת מסריחה מלאה בעובש המטבח אותו דבר..

Nice place for couple of days with friends

Nice small pool and ok restaurant. Room was ok too, but bathroom was little bit challenging with all the windows that someone might wanna cover with curtains while taking a shower or dump. Got motorbikes and taxi from the hotel too.
