This was our first time renting a private villa and we are very happy overall. PROS: spectacular views, wonderful infinity pool, large rooms, very easy communication with the management, ability to hire transportation and order food, beach is minutes away, quiet environment, total tranquility and relaxation, due to the altitude mosquitoes were not as big of an issue as in the beach resorts, CONS: not a full service resort with restaurants on premises, housekeeping every second day (if you care about those things, be aware, otherwise those aren't real reasons not to choose this accommodation). Previously, we used to stay only at the resorts on the island, but now this private villa option is definitely a big contender for the next trip. The views alone are worth it and cannot be matched by any beach resort IMO. Thank you Jum, Yaya, Jeff and the entire team for making our stay very memorable!

This place was amazing and luxurious! My only complaint is the noise level in the late morning due to construction work while other units are being completed. I would love to go back when it's all finished! Nice and close to the beach and restaurant.

We had a wonderful stay at Samui Bayside Luxury Villas. The property is beautiful and well maintained, and the staff were outstanding. They contacted us in advance in case we had special requests and took care of every detail during our stay. From arranging transportation, to dinner recommendations, massages, even a private chef who cooked a delicious dinner for us in our villa. Can’t say enough good things about them. Thank you!

Nice clean project

The property is good but the pictures are misleading as every villa is different ! Ideally they should show the pictures of the villa allocated to you ! Cleaning cost thb 1000 and there is no restaurant on site otherwise all good. Pls demand to send you the pictures and villa number when you make a booking so you know what will you get !

Absolutely amazing. This property makes you feel like you’re living a celebrity lifestyle at an affordable price. It is a bit secluded so there’s not a lot around the area, but nothing a moped or shuttle service can’t fix. We would definitely stay here again. The units are close but you can barely hear your neighbors.

Dream island family villa

Wonderful villa, perfect for our family of 5. The view was stunning and we could spend all day on the patio. The house had everything you need. Quiet area of Koh Samui. Short walk to a lovely beach, 2 restaurants and a small market. The staff was available for anything we needed and were quick to respond to our needs and wishes. This place was a dream!! Go.
