"I did not stay here despite my reservation and request a full refund of my money. Trying to check in after the posted ‘check in’ time, no one was the desk for 30 minutes of bell ringing. Returning two hours later, still noone there for another 30 minutes. I finally called the number on the front door(no where near the desk) and was told they did not have a reservation in my name. After learning that I booked through Expedia, I was told that Expedia ‘kept doing that’ to them and that there were...

"I checked in at 1:30 and got a $25 early check in fee. Got ready for a wedding and left in like 30 min. Came back around 12:00 AM and there wasn’t parking. Then the fire alarms went off 3X between 4:30 and 5:30 AM. I paid roughly 225.00 for about 4-5 hours of bad sleep. Not happy."

"I had an absolutely excellent stay at this property. The room was awesome, as was the location. But, most of all Kaci and Haley must be commended for their friendliness, helpfulness, and for making me feel so comfortable. Well done!"

"The staff was very friendly. Our room had some grimey stuff on the cabinet of the fridge that was very sticky. There were crumbs and stuff in the corners by the bed. A lot of light was coming through the door frame. And there were holes in the blackout curtain. Room smelled slightly of smoke. Bed was one the most comfortable beds I have slept on. Not bad, but needs some improvements."

"Great place to stay in Elkhart Lake. We visit Road America and spend time in the lake, pool, and surrounding town. Several accommodations based on the size of your party with individual rooms up to 3-bedroom condos with all the amenities. The private beach and dock offer entrance to the lake water or sunbathing on the new dock. Underground parking is a plus for our vehicle."
