We stayed at this property for our honeymoon and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience.
Upon arrival, the unit was not properly cleaned. There were visible stains on the bedding, dust on exposed wires, missing bath amenities, and the comforters were very old and visibly dirty. Because of this, we did not use the comforters for the entire stay. When we reported the issue, we were only given clean sheets and told to change them ourselves. No housekeeping ever came to clean the unit.
We contacted the property multiple times requesting that the room be properly cleaned the next day, but no one came at any point during the stay. Room service was not offered as an alternative, and the Wi-Fi was not working properly, which added to the inconvenience.
After the stay, management acknowledged that the situation was below their standards and made an offer to address it. However, the proposed resolution was not suitable and did not reflect the level of disruption and stress this caused during our trip, especially given that the issues remained unresolved for the entire stay.
Given the lack of cleanliness, lack of on-site support, and unresolved follow-up, I would not recommend this property, particularly for special occasions such as a honeymoon.
