"The rooms are very clean. Every staff member has a smile and is helpful. The drinks were delicious and staff suggestions were tasteful and worth exploring. "

"Hotel is nice and modern. The air con setting on the iPad didn’t work and the first night there was a sharp low whistle sound that woke me up at 3am and stayed until 5 am. Upon return from work the following afternoon the sounds was back and when I went to talk at the check in table I was told that a call would be logged for someone to come around. I didn’t see anyone. The noise was coming from Hvca."

"Room was outdated and didn’t match the pictures on the website. The A/C was not working properly. When I talked to the front desk about the A/C she was very nice and had someone come to fix it in a timely manner. The A/C started working better but still not sufficient. The bathroom floor was dirty and we had to clean it. The rest of the room and beds were clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and the staff there were very friendly. The pool and hot tub were good and the area was clean. Only one elevator was working while we were there. The location of the hotel was great with a metro station and entrance through the hotel. Restaurants and shopping were in close proximity. If you drive anything other than a car you are probably going to need oversized parking and it’s limited. The hotel was cheaper than other options and that’s why we ended up staying there. All in all the hotel wasn’t horrible and I would stay there again if I couldn’t find a better or cheaper option. "

"Staff was amazing, but I was very disappointed in the room. The rooms ac was barely working in 90 degree heat and had stains all over the carpet. As well as left over towels from the last person. "
