"I wanted to love my stay here because the staff is wonderful, but the physical state of the hotel made it very difficult to be comfortable. Here is the breakdown of my 3-day experience: The Positives Professional Staff: The team here is excellent. Every interaction I had with the staff was professional, polite, and helpful. They are clearly doing their best with what they have. Cleanliness: No complaints regarding housekeeping. The room was well-kept and clean upon arrival. The Realities of an Aging Facility While the service is high-quality, the building itself is showing significant age and a lack of updates. Poor Sleep Quality: The bed was incredibly noisy and squeaked every time I moved. Worse, the mattress provided zero support, leading to a very restless night's sleep. Plumbing Issues: The water pressure at the vanity was nonexistent. Instead of a steady flow, the faucet only produced a slow drip, making basic hygiene tasks frustrating. No Hot Water: During my 3-day stay, the facility had no hot water for 2 days during the daytime. While I understand that maintenance is sometimes necessary, having no hot water for most of a trip is a major dealbreaker. Final Verdict The "Hyatt Place" name usually carries a standard of reliability, but this specific location feels neglected. Until the hotel undergoes a serious renovation—specifically regarding the plumbing and bedding—I would recommend looking at other options in the North Dallas/Galleria area."

"Check in was at 3pm I came at 5 and still had to wait. Got to the room and the refrigerator had old food still in it. Had to pay for parking plus 150 deposit "

"House cleaning need to improve tiles need to be mop , bathroom could be clean better .I reported that I found a Roach in the closet coming down from the vent and this was not a baby roach it was a good size roach.The security was very concerned but the customer service lady when I tolled about the roach she said it was the weather no concern at all from her she made it seem it was ok.I was not happy with her .But Security took more interest in this issue.We took pictures on this issue."

"Highly would not recommend. Didn’t know if I was checking in or looking for the local plug. On arrival people were running after each other that were stealing each other money . Booked a room with a queen and pull out couch for my family and on arrival they check me into a single queen and tell me “ sorry Expedia changed it which is absolute rubbish . This place should be demolished with the staff for everyone’s benefit. Checked out immediately. The hotel is absolutely disgusting I mean my shoes underneath were cleaner. Wouldn’t even had stayed if it was free. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR RISK YOUR HEALTH!!!!"
