"The room’s chairs were dirty with hair, the bedding had stains and one of the sheets had blood. I requested extra items including a blanket due to the dirtiness and didn’t get the items until past midnight when someone knocked on the door. I requested the items through the app twice and also called. The person still brought the wrong items so I asked a friend to bring them instead. "This stay was fabulous . From check in the girl was so very helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was surprisingly delicious with different items the next day. The room was spacious and beds comfortable with great air conditioning. Parking was free."

"Guter Durchschnitt mit Wohlfühlfaktor Gesamteindruck: Das Hotel sowie die Zimmer waren absolut ordentlich und sauber. Wenn man einen typisch deutschen Maßstab anlegt, wird man hier nicht enttäuscht – es ist ein solider, guter Durchschnitt. Frühstück: Das Frühstück war insgesamt gut. Allerdings gab es ab und zu kleine organisatorische Schwächen beim Nachfüllen: Manchmal hat es etwas am Kaffee gefehlt oder das Obst wurde nicht rechtzeitig nachgelegt. Fazit: Ansonsten ein wirklich schönes Hotel!...

"Having to put parking ticket in car after checking in was a pain Coffee maker weird"

"The lobby and gym were nice, but the rest of the experience felt very uncomfortable. The hallways were dark, had low ceilings, and didn’t feel especially clean, and there were many older-style rooms with sliding glass doors opening directly to the parking lot. Unfortunately, the deadbolt on our room door also didn’t work. We felt unsafe enough that we quietly left and booked another hotel instead — without even requesting a refund — simply because we no longer felt comfortable staying there."
