"I’ve stayed at this property plenty of times and has had a pleasant experience each time. This trip, the constant notifications that there would be no hot water 10a-4p and the Constant drilling and banging noises was a true disappointment this trip. Would I stay there again? Absolutely!!"

"Overall, the hotel is beautiful, clean well put together. The staff is very willing to help, and prompt and fulfilling request. The only issue I really had was the amount of money I was spending there, and I had to pay for parking. Seems a little ridiculous. "

"Stay was fine. They had breakfast which was satisfactory. Main reception area is beautiful. Only feedback from us to to please get rid of stained blankets. That was nasty. But overall it was fine. "

"House cleaning need to improve tiles need to be mop , bathroom could be clean better .I reported that I found a Roach in the closet coming down from the vent and this was not a baby roach it was a good size roach.The security was very concerned but the customer service lady when I tolled about the roach she said it was the weather no concern at all from her she made it seem it was ok.I was not happy with her .But Security took more interest in this issue.We took pictures on this issue."

"Condition of property.. MC your brand is being tarnished! We have stayed at many RI and been very pleased this one however I would not recommend. Furniture dirty, torn/damaged, staff friendliness missing, pool area dead shrubs, broken chairs, towel size slightly larger then a hand towel. Positives breakfast & location!"

"Nice room and super comfy beds. The hotel itself is nice and the gym is great but the hotel location is off a frontage road which was not walkable to surrounding restaurants etc "

"Loved everything about the hotel except the shower. Towels were kept in a separate room and the shower glass doesn’t extend the length of the shower. Only goes partway so the air was cold and water got all over the floor. "
