"The room was clean. The bed was comfy. The pillows were perfect. The staff members were very nice and helpful. The location was great since we were using the train to get to and fro and all around. My only gripe is the amount charged to store luggage temporarily. It is a nice service, but there is no reason to charge that much for a storage locker."

"Although not bang in the centre of Vienna the hotel is well served with public transport. It is also very close to a side entrance to Shonnbrunn palace gardens which are lovely. We were in a budget room which was fine. There were were some problems with tv and we were offered an alternative room. It is pleasantly quiet with cafes, resturaunts and bakeries close by"

"Die Zimmer waren sauber und man konnte auf Grund er Größe gut bewegen. Das Personal war jederzeit hilfsbereit und man konnte jede Angelegenheit gleich klären. Einziges Manko: Das Frühstück ist ziemlich einfallslos und sehr einseitig.. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dorthin fahren. PS: Hervorragend war auch, dass man seine Wäsche mit der "Appwash" App waschen konnte."

"Bei Temperaturen über 30 Grad würde ich die Unterkunft aufgrund der fehlenden Klimaanlagen in den Zimmern eher nicht empfehlen. Ansonsten sind die Apartments sehr geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Leider hatten wir in unserem Zimmer im 1. Stock ein Problem mit vielen Ameisen. Positiv hervorzuheben ist jedoch das sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal, das uns sofort und unkompliziert ein neues Zimmer angeboten hat. The walk score was 100% to everything we wanted to do in Vienna. So close to public transport and getting to major site seeing destinations. Lots of good food choices just a walk away from the hotel. The staff at the front desk were helpful and gave great directions to us. We would 100% stay here again when visiting Vienna."
