"Die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet, der Raum wird gut genutzt (genug Stauraum) und es ist alles sauber. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Frühstücksbuffet war abwechslungsreich und gut."

"Approx 5 minute walk to underground station and then only 10 minutes into the centre of Vienna. Hotel was clean and comfortable, staff very helpful. Breakfast had plenty of choice and was to a good standard. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend the Plaza. "

"Ficamos no Arcotel Donauzentrum de 21 a 23 novembro. Tudo foi ótimo. Desde o atendimento rápido e eficiente do check in até o check out. Destaque para o excelente café da manhã: pães e queijos diversos, ovos, geléias, iogurtes, cereais, bolos, sucos... Outro ponto muito favorável é a localização: ao lado de um excelente shopping e perto da estação de metrô Kagran. Quarto amplo, silencioso. cama confortável. Ainda tivemos a sorte de ver neve caindo no dia 23/11. Ficamos em outros hotéis em Viena,...

"Staff were relaxed, polite and helpful. The room was clean and quiet. Lovely toiletries and actually have a good hair conditioner! Could do with tea and coffee facilities in the room but not a major issue. They show a film every night in a cinema room which is a good touch as the TV has everything in German except for the news. Fabulous breakfast and a good location. Really enjoyed our stay there."
