"No working freezer compartment in fridge ( meds require this) and no one on site to help plus it needed defrosting
Very tired bathroom cracked tiles etc. bedroom very nice

"The pictures provided of the property were not what we were greeted with. Pool was closed and extremely run down, room windowsills had a sort of black powder on them, stained pillows on the bed. Wasn’t expecting the Ritz but definitely expected more for the price for one night. "
