The onsite restaurant was extremely good and wait staff, Chef and Manager Justin was amazing in Eliza Restaurant. Ms. Jacque was very helpful, professional and kind at the front desk. My shuttle drivers Mr. Marvin and Mr. Vito were also amazing. Excellent service all around!"

"Apt was great and spacious, its very convenient to Pitt and CMU but entrance is in a side street that feels like an alley and the immediate area doesn’t feel like a neighborhood so that was only downside. Literally 2 min drive to anywhere but prefer to stay where immediate area is more walkable lively community. For the price and space it was great though."

"This was an excellent spot to stay at! The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast had many delicious options. The front desk workers were friendly and readily gave me extra towels and bedding for the pull out sofa sleeper. The hotel is right next to a very nice mall area with lots of options for food and shopping."

"I wasn't sure about the no-front-desk hotel setup, but my stay was very pleasant. I stayed for 2 weeks, and there's a bit of a DIY element here -- housekeeping service is an add-on -- but the supply closet was always stocked. I stayed in the Deluxe King room with a sitting area. It was a lovely, quiet room with plenty of space. The restaurant in the lobby is amazing, too. "We loved this place! There were a few small physical issues: towel bars not secured (fell off when reaching for the towel); loud squeak in the shower door. No decaf coffee offered (but the Yemeni coffee shop 2 blocks away was AWESOME). Communication did not work well: the WiFi info was buried in one message before we arrived and was nowhere to be found in the room/building, so we worked from our phone hotspots (which didn't work well at all in this space).
