"Everything, there are no descriptive words in any language to paint any sort of image of this place as there’s SO much. Ask for a tour, or just wander is my one encouraging piece of advice. The history, the vibes, it’s a true ethereal experience more than a hotel/hostel holiday stay. Healing as well, in many ways. *Dutch customer service is different- other Americans I’m speaking mostly to you, just roll with the chill, the service industry is apparently underpaid and underthanked at a level...

"Cute little property, modern and chic, centrally located and within walking distance/transportation of Centraal/most tourist and museum hot spots. The controls in the room were high tech which may be a bit tough for some people, but we didn't mind. "

"The hotel was extremely convenient for me who was going to a concert in Ziggo dome, that was the reason why I booked there. Easy to get to and from city center with train, and small walking distance from the train station. The staff was welcoming, the rooms was excellent and clean. I highly recommend this hotel if you are going to a concert, football game and want to be slightly away from the city. "

"If you are traveling to Amsterdam and want to experience a 5 star hotel Tivoli Doelen Hotel is for you. Less than a 30 minute drive from the airport. Located right on one of the canals in Amsterdam. There is not a negative thing about this hotel. From the moment you step into the hotel you are treated like family. Every staff member treated us as if we were the only guests. The food is outstanding. Every course for dinner was wonderful from taste to presentation. The breakfast buffet once again...
