"The staff were very nice. The breakfast was very good. The hotel was clean. However, the rooms are very small and even though there is an elevator, it stops between floors so you'll still need to carry bags a half floor."

"No air conditioning, but that's to be expected in Europe. Asked for additional pillows and was refused. I guess they only have enough for 1 per bed? The beds are small and the "mattress" or bed topper is very thin. Not very comfortable. Rooms are not very sound proof, can hear people in the hallways. ..."
