"They tell you that you have all these amenities or complimentary stuff but they leave out the important details. I had a gift certificate only to find out that you can only use at restaurants within the hotel and not when you check out to cover the room charges. The complimentary drinks, it does not state that you can only claim it at a specific restaurant. The complimentary massage, they would not even accommodate us for the whole time we were there. "The hotel was quite okay, but in my opinion it’s not a beach resort since you have to walk a bit to reach the water, and the beach itself isn’t very nice. The room felt fairly worn down, and there were cockroaches in the bathroom. If you want to stay by the sea, I recommend choosing a hotel a bit outside of Cebu or staying at Mangodlong Paradise Beach Resort on Camotes Island, which is beautifully located.
