안락하지만 부족한 서비스마인드

장단점이 명확하네요 장점은 예쁜 수영장과 안락한 분위기 단점은 서비스와 청결도 룸서비스가 24시간된다고했는데 호텔자체 전화문제로 인해 룸서비스가 불가능했어요 이틀뒤억도 호텔에 두고간물건이 있어서 연락했는데 전화연락이 안되었어요 문제에 대한 개선의지가 없어보였어요 그리고 수건에 음식이 묻어있어서 찝찝했어요 바닥이 더러운건 이해했는데 청결관리가 잘 안되는것 같아요 가격은 저렴하다지만 서비스가 많이 부족해요

깨끗하고 조용한 리조트

리조트에 객실이 14개 뿐이여서 매우 조용했고, 편안하게 머물렀음 주변에 편의시설이 없어서 다소 불편했으나, 리조트 프론트에 이야기 하면 지프니 셔틀이 5분 안에 도착하여 택시타는 곳까지 무료로 데려다 줌 막탄 시내까지 가려면 셔틀타고 뉴타운가서 택시타면 110페소 정도 나옴 수영장은 인근호텔 수영장을 합해 5곳 정도로 사용이 편리하고 깨끗함 매일 객실을 청소해주어 깨끗하고 주변이 아주 조용하여 가족끼리 휴양으로는 좋은 곳임 직원들도 아주 친절합니다.

プール、ビーチは近いが。。

深夜到着なのでホテルにタクシーを頼んだのですが迎えに来なかったです。 一般のタクシードライバーが新米だったのか、ホテルの場所が分からずウロウロ道を尋ねながらようやくたどり着く状態でした。 写真にあるカエルのプールは滞在中一度も入れず(掃除が終わらないのと、ペンキ塗り直し)残念でしたが他の2つのプールは8時まで入れて、楽しみました。 部屋にはトイレットペーパー補充とバスタオル交換に毎日来てくれますシーツ洗濯はしてくれないようでした。 Wi-Fiはロビーの、電波がいいところでは使えますので、部屋から出てネット接続しに行かなければならない状態です。

Nice potential ignored by the owner

It’s a shame the owner won’t pay for a strong pipeline to the Internet. Wi-Fi is very strong but there’s no connection to the Internet. My smart signal was only two bars out of four. If you need Internet, don’t go here. The swimming pool was filled with about 100 kids when I checked in, and they were still there until dark. I never saw an adult swim time posted. I was up early in the morning but I never saw anyone cleaning the pool, and the water didn’t seem very clean. I had a room with a balcony, and the view is spectacular looking at the sea. The room is very spacious, the bed is fantastic, extremely thick and comfy, and for big pillows provided. The bathroom is clean. Those were the best things about the hotel. There was only one outlet for charging next to the bed. There was a bedside table lamp! However the on off switch been removed and the wire taped so I had to unscrew the bulb when I went to sleep. The Aircon unit had a filter completely clogged with dust, and the cover had been taped shut, impossible to clean. How stupid is that? There were a few more outlets around the room, but these days most people like to have the phone charging On a table next to the bed. The shower was spacious plenty of water and two nice clean towels. The personal safe was not operating, but they gave me one of the keys! Walking from my room to lobby, I had to walk in filthy puddles of water and trash in view along with exposed hoses and dirty air con units along the walkway.

Good hotel for the money

Has a small private beach you can take the stairs down to enjoy. Also a few pools for the kids as well as one for adults. Restaurant menu was okay. Free breakfast was from menu and was limited. Staff was fantastic. No wifi in room. There was in lobby with a pw but I wasn't told during check in. Unfortunately there was an event for the families of an adjacent hotel staff for 3 days which made it quite noisy. Quite far from the main road so if you want a taxi that's an additional 100php to the fare. However overall it's a good place for the price.

Chambre propre mais pas de wifi dans la chambre !

Nous avions réservé une chambre à l'hôtel Vista Mar Hotel situé au bord de mer. Mais surprise à notre arrivé on nous a informé qu'on nous transférait au Mirada Hotel situé env. 300 m , quand au déjeuner on a dû se rendre dans un 3ème hotel !!! Drôle d'organisation

Very sad, won't come back.

I used to love this resort but it was not how I remembered it years back. Now they've let it go and the staff is not at all hospitable. Pictures posted here in this app is not how the rooms really are. They gave us only one bed when posted are two beds. They said we chose a king sized bed as an option, but on the app it says a choice between a king sized or a double sized bed, thinking the other bed is a default. We arrived with only one bed. When we complained that aircon not working properly, we were moved to a different room and there it was, two beds. This, after booking two rooms over the weekend. Also, breakfast was only for two adults. App description did not specify this. We thought we had two adults, two kids worth of breakfast (plated breakfast, not buffet). Should have gone to our other choice resort.
