"Great spot loved having laundry. Check in was easy however everything is done through email/ Expedia app there is no onsite help. You need to be able to read or translate the email for access codes. It was not difficult just be mindful of that. Storage room for luggage was helpful but crowded so we played a little Tetris and made it work.
