"PROS The hotel’s location was excellent. A quiet neighborhood close to transportation, shops, restaurants and situated on one of the loveliest canals in the city. The staff were all friendly and helpful and went out of their way to take care of us. The room was tastefully decorated, the bed very comfortable, loved the windowed balcony and very much appreciated having coffee/tea and refrigerator provided. Housekeeping did a great job👍 CONS Those with mobility issues will find lots so stairs...

"Abbiamo alloggiato nella Pethouse al 17 piano, vista canale e dintorni, la camera si presentava con un colpo d’occhio di grande prestigio sopratutto le sera quando cala il buio e la città si illumina , da non perdere l’alba che illumina la camera regalando un atmosfera unica. "Debated giving 4 stars but decided to round up to 5. Aside from the room itself being cramped and expensive for the size due to being located at the airport, the CitizenM has other good things going for it that more than make up for the downsides: good food at the restaurant and not too expensive, very friendly and helpful staff, and a nice main floor to relax on all help keep that rating boosted. The room was still very well maintained and very clean. However, next time I’d probably stay...

"The price was nice compare to other hotels and the place was new and in good shape, but need to aware that the space was tight and the bed was a little bit tall that it would be a little challenging for elderly and kids, the washroom is quite see through. "Spent a lovely 4 nights at The Lancaster. Staff were friendly from the moment we arrived. Our room was spacious and bed super comfortable. Bathroom was a little dark but only downside. Staff were able to offer dinner recommendations which were great on both occasions. Tram stop nearby and across the road from the zoo. We walked all over the neighbourhood in all directions and felt very safe. If you walk behind the zoo you are able to see flamingos, elephants, zebras and lions. Was a fun time...
