"This apartment was beautifully decorated. The towels are amazing! So soft and fluffy. It is a very spacious apartment. The only thing I would say is that it was a pain to have to order breakfast each morning. On our second day there, we forgot to order the breakfast because we were out all day. Also, the breakfast was not as per the pictures on the web site. It was bread, ham, eggs and soup."

"Fantastic location. Travelled around Japan and did the typical Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka loop and spent five days at each mimaru. Did luggage delivery. Was there with kids. We like having a little bit of extra room and a kitchenette for breakfast and food in the morning. The staff at this particular Mimaru were outstanding. "This was a great place. 5 minute walk from the Osaka metro station, and 1 stop from Namba, with a direct train line to Shin-Osaka. Room was very clean, came with in-unit washing machine and the bathroom was both clean and well-maintained, with a dryer feature for clothes post-wash. Room had a minifridge and a balcony with nice outdoor seating area, and was a very good family-style room. "

"Great room, very nice to have an in room washer/dryer. Plenty comfortable. Only issue is unlike other hotels the staff isn't as helpful as I'd like it to be. We had to forward some luggage to the airport and our other hotel helped us out tremendously with paper work and setting up the whole process. This hotel basically told us we're on our own and pointed us to the nearest konbini who had no idea what we were talking about. Needless to say it added some unnecessary stress to the trip but...
