Hotel murah di Koshinetsu

"I came with little expectations, but was really pleased with this hotel. The outdoor onsen is really nice. The corridor is a bit noisy when someone walks by. Some dust and spider webs in the top shelfs but nothing really bad"

"The hotel room was clean. I asked for the eco service but still didn’t receive towels. At check-in I felt very rushed. As I was entering my information, I was asked for my passport, then in reaching for my passport they wanted me typing my information. Three front desk staff talking and explaining while checking in. Difficult getting a taxi. Anytime I went to the desk I was treated like I was bothering them. After traveling throughout Japan, this is not the hospitality of other top Japanese...

"チェックイン時のフロントの説明が早口でまったく聞き取れない。部屋が狭すぎる。朝食に生卵さえない。ソーセージは極小です。その割には料金が高くてビックリ‼️ あと二千円アップしても良いから改善して欲しい。"

"3回目のリピ利用で宿泊しました。以前から気になっていたラウンジ利用が含まれる客室を選びました。外で夕食を済ませ松本城ライトアップを観て戻ったところ係の方が片付け真っ最中で残念ながらラウンジの利用時間が終了していて、せっかくの機会を逃してしまいました。気持ちが収まらずコンビニでお酒とスナックを購入して部屋で楽しいひと時をお過ごしました。また次回もラウンジ利用が含まれる客室を選びたいです。"

"Great location right next to the train station and easy to access train, and local tram and buses. 30 mins walking dustance to the Zenkoji temple or a quick bus ride. The hotel is a big one and the staff was very helpful to our requests. There are lots of restaurants and shops around the hotel."
