"Like all APA, the room is just big enough to fit in. The bed is comfortable and you get everything you need in a clean comfy room. All amenities are wrapped in plastic so you know they are clean, but its a lot of waste. Not so eco friendly. "

"Hotel Metropolitan Nagano is directly connected from Nagano Station which is a gateway to lots of sightseeing spots. Service was impeccable, breakfast abundant and scrumptious, location so central to shopping and dining. The only thing I wish this hotel would have is a spa with public bath/sauna. With cold winter in Nagano, hot bath would make the stay perfect. Otherwise, I enjoyed everything about my stay at this hotel. "

"Great location close to station, restaurants, shopping street AND not least, Matsumoto castle. Room very compact. All inch of space functional. Great size bathroom, powerful shower n washing products. Offer free sample of soup or ice cream... bring it on! Slept like a log."
