"Great room. Great balcony"

"The location is great and the grounds are beautiful. The water park is a huge asset and kept kids ages 1-12 entertained for 4 days. The food was sadly not as good as it once was, but the staff was friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub area were closed while we were there for maintenance but we still had a good time. Rooms have what you need but our room was near the elevator which was a little noisy."

"The room was clean and good. The shower was in the path tab and some of the equipment was on the cheap side like toaster etc. I couldn't recharge our Segway scooter and no option not even the basement to recharge was given to me. I've asked to be contacted by the responsible person to ask politely for other options but was not even contacted like promised the day before. Therefore I was only able to use it for one day.
