"This is a self-contained apartment in a block. The host did not communicate with us at all in advance of the trip to inform us about: how to check in, where the building was, how we could access keys or even the most basic information. We arrived 1 hour before check-in time not having had any communication from the host. When we finally managed to get in touch, not via the number associated on the booking page, but by a different mobile number, we were told that under no circumstances were we...
