"Airconditioner far too noisy. Toiletbrush needs attention. Fan above shower vent also needs attention. Realise that this is something where cleaningpersonal do not necessarily have time set aside to do. Ongoing quality inspections should pick this up. "

"The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. The USB and USC charging ports next to the bed and on each side was very convenient. The location of a courtyard view was quiet."

I was woken up while sleeping and asked to come down to reception, even though it wasn’t urgent and could have waited. Since there’s a phone in the room, it would have been more considerate if they had called first."
