"The property is nicely located near Zion and in walking distance to many restaurants. The hotel itself is older but well kept and very clean. Do NOT pay for the upgrade to a river view room though. That was a big disappointment. Our view was NOT a river and the mountain was blocked by trees. The pool view, and really most of the other rooms, had better views. Maybe if you can get a guarantee that you will be on the second floor it would be worth it, but for the amount of money we paid, the view...

The room was modern but for the price missed some basic amenities- coffee avaialbe in room and microwave. There was a kitchenette style counter with full size sink but no coffee maker??? Check-in was a little awkward. You call to let them know you are there then they send you a code to get into your room- that part is great. "The hotel itself was nice, the cleaning staff was very helpful. We stayed three days and the continental breakfast consisted of going to the lobby and picking up a lunch bag. Inside was the exact same thing a plain bagel, small blueberry muffin, yogurt, apple and cream cheese. We went upstairs to the common area to eat and the trash bins were never emptied, the restroom was VERY dirty, never cleaned. We sat outside and had to clean the tables ourselves."
