"The staff was great. There was a fire in an accesory building that caused the whole hotel to be evacuated. The staff found and checked with each group and quickly got everyone reassigned to sleep for the night. They worked hard to make sure everone was taken care of and comfortable."

"Didn’t know there was construction and no one working in the lobby. Door codes didn’t work and took hours to get inside. Once inside found the room pay dirty sheets and pillows looked used with others body hair on them. Moved to another hotel."

"Before booking I had reached out to the hotel to see if they allow pets. they confirmed service animals are ok so we booked but once we got there & checked in that was not the case & they told us not a pet friendly hotel and our dog was barking too much etc. Managment was very rude after that point and consta"
