"Every staff member was courteous and helpful. Literally the only reason I didn't give 5 stars all around was that we weren't told to use our key card to access our floor so the first 2 elevator trips were slightly confusing. The room was very clean, the view was gorgeous especially at sunrise, and valet parking was a huge bonus."

"Hotel was ok. Restaurant was a mixed bag. The gentleman working was amazing, but the food was mid and institutional. Room was weird. It was a nice looking, but generic hotel room. Furniture was uncomfortable and beds were too firm. Pillows were like sand bags. The bathroom was fine. The televisions were meh. It felt like the room isn’t meant to be hung out in, in anticipation of expecting guests to be doing something outside of the hotel and then just sleeping at the hotel only. "
