"Some items provided in the room are not well maintained see below list 1 the kettle is very dirty ( inside) 2 the sliding door doesn’t work properly 3 one of the lights in the bedroom bed side does not work 4 the bathroom sink tap is lose ( the top pat fell off) 5 there is no body wash supplied to us Toilet roll hangers do not work well, the rolls keep falling off The staff customer services overall is good but can be improved "

"Staff very friendly, location great, bed and pillows very comfortable. Downside the tv didn't have a remote and the staff member came in 3 times to sort out the situation which I was tired and just wanted to wind down. Then the jug was not clean at all inside it. "

"Everything about this place is gold! Great location, beautiful apartment and excellent facilities. The pool was good, my only small gripe is that the “gym” is simply a small room with two cardio machines. That aside, cannot fault this place and would absolutely recommend if you’re looking for an apartment style place in Brisbane "
