It is complicated to get in. Had to ring and be guided. Nowhere to park when checking in. Not a simple relaxing check in experience. Told to specifically park in a designated car spot yet when we came back another car had parked in our spot! Annoying! Place was not what we expected at all. It’s clean but we were also looking straight at a busy roundabout of cars …. Would not go back. Was not a relaxing holiday apartment

Nice modern Apartment but had a mouldy smell when we walked in. Aircon vent was dirty/mouldy. Balcony table was rusty. Tea bags seemed old/stale. Yeah not very happy with the stay. Old school keys and fob. Don't think we'll go back there.

I was given a heap of information at check-in which would've been so much easier if it was printed up as a hand-out. I loved the easy walk to the local shopping centre, which offered great dinner options.

The location and overall clenliness was good. We did have an issue with drain fly larva that would crawl out of the ensuite shower daily. Raised the issue but took sometime to get back to me and was not resolved during our stay. The other thing I did not like was that they sent the temporary gate code via a group text meaning my number along with others checking in the same day were shared with each other.

The rooms were spacious and in a great, safe location. Overall, the apartment had a lot going for it. However, the cleanliness did not meet expectations, particularly given the price point. The carpets, floors, couch and bathrooms required more attention. The showers were the main concern, with flies and bugs present, which was disappointing. This seems like something that could be easily rectified, and aside from the cleaning issues, the apartments themselves are great.

Firstly the apartment itself was very well appointed with three spacious bedrooms. The problems came about with the peripheral elements of staying in any hotel. When I followed the Wi-Fi instructions, it told me to look for a Wi-Fi router 5321 but unfortunately unless you walked into one of the bedrooms where you could get a very faint signal, you couldn’t pick up that Wi-Fi router anywhere. I ended up connecting to a different Wi-Fi router but using the password protocol in other words guess work to try and establish the password which luckily for me worked. We had friends coming to pick us up at the Peninsula Hotel which is about half a mile through the security gates. Unfortunately, the QR code we were given to enter ourselves only lasted for 24 hours which wasn’t explained to us. When our friends came to pick us up, they could not get through the security gates we had to walk to reception and asked them to create another QR code for us. To make matters worse there is a phone in your room that somebody can call through to your apartment and you can let them in, but unfortunately that phone didn’t work either. In summary a nice apartment beautiful location but it let’s itself down with the issues I highlighted above.

The room was very clean and the welcoming was lovely. There was a bit to take in on check-in as its a locked community. We didn't get where to leave the key but text them and they found them. I think it needs some written instructions.

The room was basically clean but finger marks left unattended on various surfaces made it feel grotty. The beds were ok but the pillow selection was poor While slightly complex initial check in due to the apartment being in a gated community once checked in, the access system worked very well with an undercover car spot allocated

The rooms could do with a bit more detailed cleaning. Scuff marks on walls and dirt in places like door edges. Lounge suite is a bit tired. Didn’t want to sit on it. Crockery a bit marked and broken also. Not nice to use. Doona in one room had stains on it. Yuk! Size of apartment was good and location was what we needed.
