"I enjoyed a lovely two-night stay in mid April , while attending a conference. Checking in was a breeze, though at no point during the booking was it made clear a deposit would be taken during the stay. Not a problem, of course, but the communication was poor there I was upgraded to a Suite, which was delightful. I have mobility issues and the upgrade was greatfully received. Staff were charming and attentive - human and charismatic. My (bizarre) request for a desk fan (on top of the aircon) was acquiesced too during the late evening. I certainly know Tower Suites is a solid and wonderful choice, and I’ll return. Next time I’ll bring my partner - the location was excellent, for cabs, for the tube and for walking. I didn’t dine during this stay, but I look forward to sampling the cuesine (and potentially room service) in the future. Thank you for adding the finishing touches to my London Weekend Away - for spotlessly cleaning the room and swiftly replenishing the complimentary beverages and products. I will be back! You’ve impressed me and treated me excellently well. :) "
