An absolute (new) hidden gem for London hotel options! I had the pleasure of staying a few nights and I highly recommend it. The staff are lovely and a shout-out to the reception team who were friendly, helpful, and supportive. The hotel is very new and so has the new-smell vibe and so make for a very comfortable stay. The room was very well appointed and a comfortable size for central London, with excellent soundproofing from external noise and between rooms. The bed was great and the bathroom lovely. The breakfast has a nice range and was consistently high quality and a great way to start the day. So yes, overall a great stay and I'll definitely be back.
Only small thing, very small, was that they have two different ways of signalling if you do or do not (eco-conscious) want housekeeping each day (one digital via a tablet the other a card for the door). Unfortunately didn't work out consistently and so likely a teething issue as only been open a few months. The housekeeping team were super lovely and responsive when we asked about it.
