"I'm coming from another country with bags then I discover that there is only stairs to take the bags and I have to take it by myself which is very hard for me.
I receive the room without cleaning and ful of insects. When I complain they didn't do anything only the security help me by changing the room"

"Sehr schöne Lage des Apartments. Wir haben uns als Gruppe sehr wohl gefühlt. Hier und da sind die Möbel aber ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen und die Couch war ein wenig dreckig. Da wir aber uns nur zum schlafen in der Wohnung aufgehalten haben ist dies kein Problem gewesen. Dusche und WC und auch die Schlafzimmer waren sauber. Wir werden nächstes Jahr wieder das Apartment buchen. "
