"The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with a full kitchen, as expected. However, our stay was heavily impacted by multiple issues and the lack of on-site support, which made things particularly stressful while traveling with a child. We ended up spending a lot of time communicating with NUMA support via WhatsApp. Although we received a 30% refund, we would not stay here again.

"Die Kommunikation verlief über WhatsApp und ging eigentlich ganz gut. Mit dem Auto ist es jedoch sehr schlecht zu erreichen, weil es kaum Parkplätze gibt."
