"This was a great property just minutes away from the duomo on foot. Also only 10 minutes away from all you want to see and in the city. Only niggle was not very soundproofed from outside noise. There was major roadworks going on, but not the fault of the hotel. Staff were really friendly and helpful "

Checking out was also very troubling, when I was ready to go, there was no one in the entrance and again wouldn’t answer the phone. I was instructed to left my luggage inside the room but only for 2 hours because they DO NOT KEEP YOUR LUGGAGE FOR YOU. J'ai été contraint de prendre ça car il n'y avait plus de place ailleurs. On ne m'y reprendra pas à voyager à Milan !"
