"I would say the money spent on this room is quite expensive but the location wise and the comfort after the travel is really quite fascinating. I didnt expect my room to be nice because the outside environment is really messy. Staffs are helpful and cooperative."

Host says they are available 8am to 10pm on What’s App, when we arrived for check in (after check in time) and reached out, the host did not reply for over 1.5 hours as we waited with our luggage. Had to reach out to Expedia to help. No apologies were given either. I would not stay here again due to the difficulty of check in. "

"Ultimately I had a great room in a great area, but unfortunately my stay started off quite poorly. I was sold a room upgrade which I didn’t understand. I thought I was paying a cash deposit. They put me in a different building than I had originally booked, and as I walked out of the busy bustling area I did not feel very comfortable as a woman travelling alone that didn’t speak the language.
