The Dana on Mission Bay

"This property was perfect for our family of 5. The room was spacious and had plenty of cabinets and shelves to organize all of our things for our week-long trip to San Diego. The pool is open late and the rooms get cleaned every day. The property allows you to borrow chairs and an umbrella to take to the beach -which was fantastic. The parking is a bit pricey on top of the already expensive room rate/fees/taxes and daily resort fee. I know parking fees are common to many hotels but on top of everything else it just feels excessive, especially in a place like San Diego where it’s very difficult to vacation without a car, forcing guests to pay another few hundred dollars for parking."

"Dirty-no filtration on A/C = very blackened thru dust, pollen, and pollution all over the ceiling within 10 feet of the A/C vent for the room. I had a view for $850 for one night. OF THE LAUNDRY FACILITY FOR THE HOTEL FROM MY BALCONY! The staff was great but NOT WORTH IT! No, not really…."

"Stayed here for my 30th birthday staycation and it was all I could've asked and more. We upgraded to the oceanfront room and it was 100/10 worth it! Hotel within close proximity to many restaurants, bars and entertainment. Would not stay anywhere else in PB!"

"Overall a nice stay, The store is ridiculously expensive near the pool area. I understand up charge but it’s more of a price gouge. The resort is nice so no complaints aside from them upcharging in the little store."

"Friendly staff, great dining options nearby, beautiful grounds that are very nicely maintained! Only reason why I didn’t give 5 stars is because the room was a bit musty and some of the electrical sockets didn’t work."

"A truly excellent property and staff. Meal at Mustang last night was the best I've had anywhere in the past year. Rooms are up to date, spotless and nicely decorated. Can't say enough good things about this place, the staff and the food. Light years better than our stay at the Coronado Inn earlier this week. Will come back."
