"Wasn't told from Expedia that hotel was going to be under construction and parking lot was closed. Parking had to be done through valet which I didn't mind but not being to access my vehicle right away was definitely not fun. Overall staff was understanding of the situation but the construction needs to be disclosed from either the hotel or Expedia."

"We used to come here for many years with our kids in the early 2000's. Back then the resort was in great condition. The street pavement was smooth, for kids to ride scooters and skateboards. All the landscape lighting worked. All the paint was good, etc. They also had a guard gate which limited access to guests only so there was very little traffic. Now it is looking much older, the pavement needs a resurfacing, finish carpentry needs to be redone, etc. It was not badly run down, just not up to...

"No AC, no shampoo and toilet doesn't flush the toilet paper."

"Room is clean. Breakfast was good. Staff was helpful. The only thing was that there was a room being aired out a couple of room across from ours and had the hallway smelling like dirty socks. Parking space was small. They should have trucks park in the bigger lot."

"The rooms were clean but need a deep cleaning. I love that they had a host announcing the water games and activities on Saturday. I love how close to the water it is so you can walk around off the premise as well. I did not like that the water slides don't open until 11:30 and the two bigger slides didn't come on until 2 :( the food at red Marlin is not good. They upgraded my room to a water view at no extra price which was very appreciated. The room space is perfect and the views are gorgeous....
