"We had a great stay at Humphreys Half Moon Inn! The property was really nice, the vibe was relaxed, and it was a perfect spot for our San Diego trip. Everything was easy and enjoyable from start to finish. No complaints at all—just wish we had more time to stay and enjoy it. We’re already talking about coming back next year!"

"Great place! Me and my parents planned a staycation in La Jolla. We stayed on the first floor, I wish I could have been in a higher floor to enjoy the view more and have a bit more privacy, since our balcony was right next the rail to go into the hotel and people were passing by a bit. But still very nice place to stay in. The renovated rooms are super nice and very spacious. The only complaint I have for my stay was the Valet parking. It took about 30 minutes (if not more) to get my car parked....

"The property in the public areas is nice for the most part and the location being right on the beach is great. For the price, you can stay elsewhere that would feel much more in-line with what this resort charges while getting the experience of said prices. The rooms are dated and sub-par along with the fitness center being of the same grade. It was small with multiple cardio machines not functioning and crowding of machines and free weights to make it challenging when 5 or more people are using...

"Nice location, beautiful views for you to enjoy. Many features advertised are not available. No swim up bars, rooms not as shown. We were a late arrival so we definitely got the last available room. I asked about this and was told that the photos are "arranged " and rooms aren't like that. They were sold out due to a special event. Parking is awful. We had a mobility scooter, using a big SUV. Very limited parking most of the time due to people coming to the area to watch the sunset."

"This is a great family vacation stay. The property has everything and you cannot beat the location! Right on the beach and walking distance to restaurants. Not that you need to go anywhere, there are plenty of eating places on site that are delicious. The staff is so helpful and nice, you really never need to leave.
