"The location was very convenient, with a train/trolley station right around the corner that took us to many places we wanted to go. Most of the staff was pretty friendly, but as usual we were treated as second-class citizens by the lady who checked us in, despite being a Hilton Diamond member, we were reminded that we don’t get our perks since we used a “third party service” for the booking. The hot tub didn’t work, and the pool wasn’t as clean as I would have liked. Parking was $28/day, and I don’t remember that being disclosed at the time of the booking. The air conditioning struggled to keep up. The temperature was always about 5 degrees above the set point. The room was kept pretty clean. Overall I would say it was just ok."
