"This hotel was located close enough to the train station that we could walk to it with our luggage. It was near the Dome and Neptune Fountain. Many restaurants were nearby as well as the pedestrian shopping zone. It's a beautiful area. We spent 4 nights in the hotel. Our room (sleeping area and bathroom) was large and clean, the bed was comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a large variety of tasty foods. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would gladly stay there again."

"Il palazzo è calmo e silenzioso e la vicinanza alla stazione lo rende molto comodo. Le camere sono ben arredate e allestite e il personale è molto disponibile. L'unica pecca che mi sento di evidenziare (una piccolezza, niente di più) è che il pavimento di almeno una stanza scricchiola molto e, essendomi dovuto alzare alle 5:30 il giorno in cui sono dovuto partire, ho faticato molto a non fare troppo casino. "Room was excellent, but parking info was a headache We stayed one night at this hotel in Trento. As Americans unfamiliar with Italy's limited traffic zones (ZTL), we emailed ahead asking where to park, but got no real help from the staff. It turns out this hotel sits right inside a restricted traffic zone, so cars aren't allowed to drive up to it. We ended up parking far away and only found out about a proper parking option once we reached the reception desk — which is actually the restaurant...

"House of Trento is a great budget option. It's close to the old town centre and across the street from the tourist office and a grocery store. Room and bath were clean and comfortable. We appreciated having access to the kitchen. Other guests sharing the kitchen were very quiet."

"Huone itsessään oli siisti ja ihan ok sisustus. Miinusta siitä, että huoneessa ei ollut yhtään kunnollista peiliä johon olisi tullut valoa, eikä kokovartalopeiliä missään. Jaettu kylpyhuone aiheutti hankaluuksia kun toiset koputtelivat oven takana tai vessa/suihku oli varattu kun sitä olisi tarvinnut. Huoneeni oli myös kylpyhuoneen vieressä joten heräsin siihen kun joku meni vessaan. Kadulta kantautui myös myöhään iltaisin kovaa meteliä ja musiikkia. Sijainti oli erittäin hyvä ja keskeinen....

"Ho trovato assolutamente negativo l'istallazione della doccia accanto al letto e del piccolissimo lavabo di fronte al letto. Praticamente metà della stanza da bagno inglobata nella camera."

"Air conditioning did not work, and staff lied to us about the property being full and not being able to change rooms. It was only after I pushed that they found us a room that was slightly cooler. But still 24 celcius overnight. Would not recommend."

"Breakfast was great, waitstaff very friendly . Not very walkable area to town … also parking was an issue for our car we actually had to park across the street and down the road because during their dinner hour there are lots of outside guests. We did arrive to check in and the tub had garbage and hair in it . Hot tub on balcony was very nice … beautiful views from the terraces, however you have the noise and exhaust fumes from the road. Find it interesting they placed their spa there to relax...
