"Breakfast was amazing,as always. The couple who serve,are just so lovely. We have been coming to the Pand for many years. Originally when The Van Haek family owned The Pand . Frankly it is just not the same standard. Breakfast is always fabulous (the couple have been there for many years,and worked for the original owners,as above). "Stains on the furniture and headboard of the bed. Stairs to get up to room were so narrow and dark - my husband rolled his ankle trying to get up. Room was very dirty - and not well maintained. Would not recommend. Staff were not helpful nor present. "

"We have a wonderful stay at this beautiful accommodation. All of the staff was very nice and helpful. The morning breakfast was first class unbelievably tasty! The location is central and the place is a historic canal house. I cannot say enough good things about our stay. Simply wonderful and we will come back here for another visit to Bruges. "

"First off, our host, Bernard met us at the train station and drove us to the property which was conveniently located next to the park. We fell in love with the house the minute we saw it.
