"PROs: Locations/Modern/Near Metro/Clean/Everything working/option for brekkie but expensive/Shower toiletries included and liquid soap for sink. CONS: Bike rental reasonable but was not smooth process to exit hotel, bikes only one size and had a smaller adult who just about found a lone bike small enough then bike bits could be better maintained - one couldn't unlock and other seat loose. But we made it work. We had been left to collect and work out by ourselves and after requesting assistance...

The room's Ikea furniture is incredibly practical and well thought-through, like the Bluetooth ceiling speakers. "Our room was fairly clean, but we did notice some nut shells on the floor by the bed when we arrived in the room. We thought it would be cleaned but by day 4, it was still there, which means that the cleaning didn't involve the floor. This could be improved. Everything in the room was in good condition. Air conditioning was great as it was rather hot weather in July. One thing which can't be helped by the hotel, is the traffic noise sometimes with car racing or hooting in the middle of the...

"Nice location, limited bike storage so book in advance if needed (no charging) Rooms were nice, bit of noise from room above. Vending machine for drinks on landing and footed place on the ground floor. Didn’t notice a lift for disabled access. Would stay again."

"La struttura è comoda perché ubicata vicino la stazione centrale di Rotterdam. Le stanze sono grandi e abbastanza nuove . Tuttavia l’hotel non ci fa soddisfatto perché il climatizzatore di notte dava sempre aria fredda . Inoltre la colazione non era di qualità : succhi pieni di zuccheri e scadenti , posate e tazze maleodoranti . In ultimo l’acqua non veniva offerta a differenza di altre strutture e una bottiglia da 0,50 litri costava circa 3.50 ."

"Wunderschönes Hotel. Nettes Personal, man wurde immer mit einem Lächeln begrüßt. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Hotel, kostenlos. Zimmer sehr sauber und eine Wahnsinnig schöne Aussicht aus dem 8. Stock. Frühstück kostet um die 17€ und für mich persönlich war es super. Leckerer Kaffee, Rührei, Bacon, Pancakes, es wurde sogar Omelette frisch zubereitet. Div. Backwaren gab es auch, sowie Belag. Ich kann das Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen und komme gerne wieder."

"CityHub Rotterdam ist ein innovatives Hotel mit dem notwendigen Komfort. Die Rezeption ist rund um die Uhr besetzt. Die Angestellten an der Rezeption helfen beim Check-In, so dass es ganz einfach ist. Der sogenannte Hub ist klein, aber das Bett ist sehr breit. An die Beengtheit eines Hubs gewöhnt man sich schnell, zumal man auch in der geräumigen Hangout-Area wichtige Dinge erledigen oder den Tag Revue passieren lassen kann. Im Hub gibt es WiFi; die Verbindung ist aber nicht besonders schnell....

"Het is vooral de beleving die het verblijf uniek maakt. De gedachte dat dit schip tot het jaar 2000 dienst heeft gedaan als cruiseschip en heel veel mensen plezier heeft gebracht is fantastisch. Hut was schoon, vriendelijke medewerkers en het ontbijt prima. Parkeerplaats is ook fijn. Hier en daar blijft het onderhoud wel wat achter."
