"We had something fall out of the ceiling in the bathroom overnight that fell into the tile floor and was so loud it woke us all up. We were unable to control the temperature in our room after multiple attempts to play with the thermostat. We paid for a balcony room and were given a room with a door that opened with a gate in front of it. You could not step outside. From the 9th floor you will have some trees in the way of your fall views. For the money, it was not worth it. "

"Hotel location is ideal for walking to different exhibits & the Falls. Check in/out was great. Staff was friendly & courteous. Rooms are clean but need updating. $25 surcharge to park right at the hotel OR $15 for 3min walk to nearby parking lot. Overall, the hotel offers an affordable price for a decent room. "

"Our room was clean. The staff are the real hidden gem from our stay. My daughter and I got a room that was probably for a honeymoon, we didn't use the jacuzzi. We had a blast. Gotta love a King Size bed. The kissing swan towel fold was on point. Even if we were not the inteded two people for the room."

"Breakfast had good choices, but parking is a bit over priced since you can find half priced parking just around the corner. Also the nightlight wasn't working and the bathroom ceiling was chipping. But the view from the room was good. Room was comfortable and the staff was friendly. Overall good experience. "
